Community Involvement

Alex Lemonade Stand

Did you know that Nebraska ranks 3rd nationally in Childhood Cancer under the age of 15?

Thank you to all my family, friends, and Northwestern Mutual Nebraska for truly making an impact on the fight against Pediatric Cancer.  Our team has contributed over 2,500 volunteer hours, hosted more than 40+ events, and we have raised more than $250,000 to support this cause.

It’s not what you got, it’s what you give!  Get off the sidelines and join our cause.  September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.   #kidsmatter #togetherwecanwin

Big Brothers Big Sisters, Sponsor

For more than 100 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is the ability to succeed and thrive in life. As the nation’s largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 7 through 18, in communities across the country. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.

Christian Heritage, Sponsor

Christian Heritage came into existence as a ministry to children. The ministry has grown to include services to children, adolescents and families. The foundational beliefs upon which Christian Heritage was founded have not changed.
